Your role:
As part of our team, you will care and support for our service users in their homes in many different ways, depending on their individual circumstances. Your primary role will be to provide personal care and companionship, help in meal preparations and medication, shopping and other such light domestic duties. You will play an integral part in their lives by caring for them and understanding them, helping them maintain and achieve independence and supporting them with tasks they wouldn't be able to do on their own.
The Ideal Worker:
The ideal candidate will have genuine compassion to provide high quality care to our service users. We would expect dedication, professionalism and empathy from our carers – and in return will provide you with high quality training and qualifications. You will have friendly personality and a good sense of humour. Good listening and communication skills are essential to this role.
